Mary Shannon Lindstrom lives in Scarborough with her husband, Jason. Together they have four boys. Rooted in the values of family and service, she is an active volunteer with Scarborough Community Services and Maine Medical Center.

Mary Shannon’s commitment to community extends into her professional and civic leadership. In the credit union movement, she has worked to strengthen cooperative values, expand financial well‑being and support organizations that put people before profit. As a member of the Scarborough School Board, she has championed collaboration, transparency and thoughtful policy grounded in what students and their families, educators, and the community need to thrive.

She believes deeply in giving back to the community that has supported her family, and she brings that same spirit of care, commitment and connection to everything she does.
